Poem essay draft

Life always has complications. Complications that later have a solution. Problems present themselves throughout our lives, "A Coney Island Life" by James L. Weil explains to us that problems in our life should be treated as answers waiting to be solved.

In "A Coney Island Life" by James L. Weil the author compares chances in life to a carousel game. "... how many more times around I have to catch that brass ring sun before the game is up".  He expresses that life has many opportune moments to solve a problem just like how a carousel game is played. He explains how we have many chances to solve the many problems we have. " I take perhaps my last ride on this planet carrousel". He expresses that life has a finite amount of chances to solve something.  He explains that time is a precious thing to be hold, that it has a timer ticking down every time we hold on to time something may be left undone.

Throughout life we have problems that present themselves. Problems already solved or not touched at all. "...and seen my helium hopes breaks skyward without me". He explains that a balloon being represented as his hope or dreams.

As our life chugs on we have problems that are obstacles can be solved with time.

  1. This analysis is really short. I don't think it meets the 4 paragraph requirement. The second body paragraph should have been in the TERRERR-C format. In the introduction and first body paragraph the information is all there and it makes sense in a way that it's kinda easy to follow and understanding what your theme and main idea is. Your conclusion is missing the restated thesis and connection to body paragraphs.

  2. In your 2nd body paragraph you only stated 1 direct quote from the poem. The format TERRERR-C, requires two evidences following with two reasonings behind it. Also, your conclusion is really really short. I don't think it reaches the paragraph requirements. But overall it really easy to understand why you think the poem means what it means

  3. AS(1) ESSAY IS HIGHLY INCOMPLETE. EACH SECTION IS LACKING MAJOR KEY ELEMENTS THAT MAKE IT A COMPLETE ESSAY, PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR NOTES AND MAKE THE CHANGES. THESIS ALSO IS STILL A BIT UNCLEAR "ANSWER TO BE SOLVED" NEEDS TO BE CLEARER.
